"Lux" Rooms

One-room amenities about 18-36 sq.m are designed for 2x-4x persons.
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, Italian furniture (beds, bedside tables, dressing
coffee table, mirror, wardrobe, chairs, sofa, coffee table, nightstand, table for the TV set, fridge).
Comfortable combined bathrooms in each room are equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin.

"Econom" Rooms

The cozy one-bedroom rooms up to 14-16 sq.m can accommodate from 2 to 4 guests.
Rooms are equipped with furniture (beds, bedside tables, mirror, closet).
Overall shower, toilet, wash basin are situated on the floor for 5 rooms.

Reservations

To book a room in a boarding house, you should contact us and pay the cost of living
in chosen room per night. The remaining amount for the entire period of stay is payable locally on arrival.
On conditions of 100% advance payment and for the regular customers we offer a 5% discount on accommodation.
For children under 12 years we give 50% discount on additional bed.
